Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it.
— Helen Keller

Therapy can be powerful.

It offers a space and a relationship that is uniquely set up to facilitate your growth, healing and change, in desired, deep and sometimes unexpected ways.

Therapy is a space where you can move towards being deeply seen and understood, leading you to a stronger, more conscious and alive relationship with yourself and with others. It’s a place to gain new perspectives with a fresh set of eyes, often leading to concrete, positive changes in your life.

Therapy is a process.

Sometimes this process takes the form of acceptance and deep insight; other times it may call for supportive challenges and practicing changed behavior.

This process has room for pain, for joy, for mourning, for humor and for everything in between—in a nutshell, space for the whole wide range of human experiences.

In the end, this process is about making space for all parts of you to be seen and held in a grounded, safe, skilled and contained way. It’s about another person helping you to lay the groundwork to move towards the changes you seek.

As a therapist, I am skilled at guiding others in this process, tailoring it along the way in tune with their own particular needs, challenges and goals. I provide guidance, presence, insight and knowledge, with doses of humor and supportive tools along the way.
